What is included for a private charter?

Event Coordinator, Boat Staff, ice chests, on site ice machine, tables, chairs. (Please contact us for details and sizes)

How far up-lake will we get?

This depends on the amount of time you scheduled and which boat. For example: 2 hours on the Lady express can get you to Wapato point and back.

Are we allowed on the boat early to set up?

We allow you to get on the boat 45 minutes prior for any decorations or catering. We usually board 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.

Can we bring our own alcohol on board?

A Banquet License will need to be purchased in order to bring alcohol aboard. You cannot sell alcohol onboard.

How late can we be on the boat?

In Chelan county there is a noise ordinance of 10pm for music. We like to have all boats back by 10pm.

Do you cater or do we need to hire our own caterer?

Unfortunately, we do not provide catering as we do not have a commercial kitchen on any of our vessels. We can provide you with a list of caterers we have worked with, or you can use your own.

Is there parking available for my guests, if not do you provide shuttle service?

We do have onsite parking available and will work with you if you have a larger amount of cars. We do not provide a shuttle service, but there are shuttle services available in Chelan we can provide contact for if needed.
